The Bake On! camp is an opportunity to sift, whip, and bake our way to some extremely tasty, but also technically challenging, treats while getting in some piping practice.
Day 1: Quick Breads
Day 2: Yeast Breads
Day 3: Enriched Yeast Dough
Day 4: Mechanical Leaveners
Day 5: Cakes and Pies
Time: Camps are Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 12:30pm.
Age: Kids camps are for ages 8 - 12. Teen camps are for ages 13 - 17.
Capacity: 14 students per session
