Our Culinary Squared camp focuses on the essentials a student would learn in their foundational year of Culinary School, within the context of the daily four square meals (you can't forget dessert!). The week kicks off with a full day of intensive knife skills training and then moves into a wide range of challenging techniques required to pull off a tasty menu. 


Time: Camps are Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 12:30pm.

Age: Kids camps are for ages 8 - 12. Teen camps are for ages 13 - 17.

Capacity: 14 students per session

Cost: Early Bird $399. After March 1st, prices are $455
